World Crown Weekend, Peach State Speedway, GA
The
season is winding down, but there are still some big races like
the Snowball Derby, Mason-Dixon Meltdown, Turket Derby and Myrtle
Beach 400 still on the horizon. This week, the big show will
be in the Peach State of Georgia, with a little bit of racing down
in Florida to also fill the bill.
This
is the big one for the Pro Late Models boys and girls. Local
hotshoes along with Georgia Asphalt Series racers will highlight
the weekend when they hit the track for Sunday's Zaxby's World
Crown 250. A $10k winner's purse has already attracted
pre-entries from racers like David Hole, Kyle Fowler, Joey Senter,
Mike Garvey, Ronnie Sanders, Matt Hawkins, Taylor Satterfield,
Michael Pope, Gary Helton, James Buescher and Ronnie Kittle - just
to name a few.
But the PLM action isn't on that will be in store this weekend. The Aaron's Pro Challenge Series will cap off their season and decide their 2007 champion on Saturday at Peachstate. The Peachstate weekly divisions will also be in action
Speed51.com will have Trackside Now coverage of the World Crown 300 on Sunday. Stay tuned for more
